Do you recognize this blue and white flag? What does it announce?

This pavilion is flag A (Alpha) in the alphabet of maritime signals . When a boat approaches, it means: "I have a diver, keep your distance and move slowly". When you see this signal, you must not approach within 100 m of the boat that carries this flag. Be careful, it can be the boat that accompanied the diver or the float that can be connected to the diver.

In addition to this "Alpha" signal, divers can also be announced with a red flag with a white cross or diagonal.
