Uship French network of fittings will take advantage of the Nautic de Paris (3 to 11 December 2016) to launch its academy for the duration of the show. 5 daily training sessions will be offered to pre-registrants throughout the show on various subjects: equipment, repairs, etc... Professionals will give you tutorials that will make your life on board easier.

What yachtsman has never wondered how to carry out such repairs on his boat? Which equipment to choose, or why a particular device doesn't work? Uship, a distributor of equipment for the nautical industry, which references around 10,000 products, will take advantage of the Paris boat show to train yachtsmen who wish to do so.

The Uship academy will be a place of exchange and knowledge, in free access, where nautical professionals and enthusiasts will meet to exchange their knowledge and know-how. All week long, boaters will be able to attend the 5 daily training sessions, with free access, within the limit of available places. Experienced technicians will be on hand to provide in-depth theory, but above all to give technical demonstrations.

The training courses covered will be varied. Thus, you will be able to discover how to cook à la plancha while cruising, how to choose and maintain your reel, how to make a splice on a modern rope, or even how to choose your antifouling..

At the end of each presentation, the boater will be able to ask questions. The training sessions will then be available on video after the Nautic. So don't panic if you haven't memorized everything!
