Le Mille Sabord du Crouesty, a second-hand boat show, opens its doors on 29 October

The Mille Sabord opens its doors from October 29 to November 1. Come and find your future boat or get information from customs or maritime affairs, or stroll through the aisles of the sea flea market. Free entrance !

The Mille Sabord du Crouesty, the used boat will take place from Thursday, October 29 to Sunday, October 1 er november 2015. It will be the 31 e edition of the largest second-hand boat show in Europe, which brings together professionals and individuals. This year again, 60,000 visitors are expected on the pontoons of the port of Crouesty, in Arzon. This year's program will include some new features.

This year, more than 700 used boats âeuros sailboats and motorboats - will be for sale. There will be something for all sailing programs: semi-rigid, fishing boats, trawlers, cruisers, deep-sea sailboatsâ?¦

Nearly 400 exhibitors âeuros professionals and individuals âeuros will be present on the show during these four days. Finally, as every year, you will also find the sea flea market, fittings, equipment, innovation...

What can be found at the Mille Sabords?

The smallest sailboat will be a Rocca model Saint Marcouf of 4.70 m of 1979 for sale at 2500 euros. It will also be the cheapest.

The smallest RIB will be a Zodiac Explorer 385WB of 3.85 m equipped with a 25hp Mercury engine, and a road trailer for sale at 2900 euros.

The largest sailing boat will be an Alubat Cigale 14, of 14.57 m equipped with solar panels, electric winch and carbon mast. First hand from 2002 at a price of 215 000 euros.

The largest motor boat will be a Fountaine Pajot Summerland 40 of 11, 98 m, dating from 2010 put up for sale at 315 000 euros. It is the most expensive motor boat of the Mille Sabord.

A "Good deals" area

The Mille Sabord is above all the place to find bargains. And this year, there will be a new space dedicated to decommissioned boats. This new "Bargains" area is dedicated to recent boats, built in 2014, unregistered and guaranteed. Come to the south quay to find the rare pearl, at a low price.

About fifteen boats will be exhibited, which is quite good for a first: Flyer 6 spacedeck from Bénéteau, Blue Djinn and Djinn 7 from B2 Marine, Merry Fischer 695 Marlin from Jeanneau, QS 605 Pilothouse, Activ 505 open and Activ 605 open from Quicksilver or AD-50F from Neuvisa.

The used car market is growing

In Brittany, the situation is taking a positive turn and the region is leading the way with 37% of used boat sales in mainland France. The second-hand market maintains its dominant position and its growth rate of +5% and represents 89% of transactions. The indicators are therefore green and should herald a good Mille Sabords.

Tips for buying your boat and renovating your boat

This year, customs and maritime affairs will be present on the Mille Sabord and will be able to help individuals with their administrative formalities. You can find them at the Advice Point located at the reception of the South quay, alongside the maritime experts of the Argus du Bateau.

You will also find renovation professionals who will advise you on the work to be undertaken to restore your boat to its former glory. They are waiting for you on the north shore.

Animations, as always

On the Mille Sabord, you will also be able to attend solidarity marine auctions. Watch jackets, overalls, hats, fittingsâ?¦ and technical equipment of our favorite sailors will be sold for the benefit of the SNSM. The items will be visible before the sale on the Morbihan stand (South Village).

Finally, from Thursday to Saturday, you will find conferences on the theme of co-browsing, fishing or travel with Le Grand Voyage de Cirrus en BD and the preservation of the oceans with Gwalarn and the association BiOcéans
