The Leader 46 completes Jeanneau's Leader range, which now consists of four models: the Leader 8 (8.95 m), the Leader 36 (11.47 m), the Leader 40 (12.33 m). With 14.3 m in length, it becomes the largest model, but takes up the key points that made the success of the Leader range âeuros high-performance carène, large exterior spaces and innovative interiors. The result is a sporty star with racy lines.
A large sportop open to the outside world
In the Leader range, the emphasis is on the rear space. Thus, there is a large sportop open to the outside for family navigation and particularly well adapted to the practice of water sports. Except that here, an optional rear window allows the sportop to be closed or opened to the rear.

In the single-level sportop, there is the cockpit forward on the starboard side and a U-shaped bench seat on the port side. Access to the cabin is through the center. Behind, there is a large U-shaped saloon with a table facing the galley, as well as a bench seat that can be converted into a sunbathing area, which opens onto a platform (hydraulic as an option) that adds additional living space at anchor. A garage for the tender (2.40 m long) with an integrated kitchen on top completes the set.

At the front of the boat, there is a sunbathing area with folding backrests. By opening the top of the sportop, the cockpit is bathed in light and turns the Leader 46 into an open boat.
Two or three cabins
Two layouts are available: 2 cabin or 3 cabin versions. In both versions, there is a central owner's cabin, with a bed in the axis and a modular king size bathroom, which is quite rare in a 46 feet boat.
In the 2-cabin version, in the center there is a lounge on the port side facing a galley on the starboard side. Finally, at the front of the boat is the guest cabin (with separable beds and plenty of storage space) with its private bathroom.

In the 3-cabin version, the living room is replaced by a third cabin, with bunk beds. This layout is ideal for owners who have chosen the closed sportop version.
