Optimized buoyancy with AFS
The VITO AFS introduces the Advanced Flotation System (AFS), an inflation chamber structure integrated directly into the jacket's external construction. This three-dimensional architecture allows better positioning of buoyancy, ensuring improved rollover, extra stability and better freeboard.
Greater visibility for emergency services
The combined use of high-visibility colors âeuros fluorescent pink and âeuros fluorescent yellow improves long-distance detection, even in difficult conditions. The vest integrates Pylon Light and Lume-On beacons as standard, enhancing night-time location of people who have fallen overboard.
Comfort and functionality for everyday use
The softer, more ergonomic construction of the VITO AFS makes it easier to wear for longer periods. The vest retains optimum freedom of movement and a reduced footprint, while improving performance in the event of immersion.
The HRS (Harness Release System), which releases the harness from the attachment point in an emergency, is standard on all models. Inflation is provided by an automatic hydrostatic Hammar® device. Buoyancy is rated at 170 N.
The Deckvest VITO AFS will be available for delivery from December 2025 at a selling price of ?399 incl. VAT.
