SEATY: CatanaGroup unveils a floating habitat inspired by catamarans

With SEATY, CatanaGroup broadens its nautical horizons. This new concept of floating module is aimed at those who wish to live or work on the water, in an autonomous, eco-responsible structure inspired by the DNA of the catamaran.

An alternative to traditional real estate

The SEATY concept is designed to be installed on calm bodies of water âeuros lakes, canals, rivers or bays âeuros â?" in response to a dual contemporary aspiration: to get closer to nature while diversifying living or working spaces. With modules that can be adapted for residential or professional use, SEATY is aimed at individuals as well as the tourism industry and businesses looking for a disconnected... but functional environment.

A 100% catamaran structure

SEATY is based on a catamaran, guaranteeing stability and mastery of on-water behavior. This technical choice is not insignificant: it enables CatanaGroup to capitalize on over 40 years of multihull manufacturing know-how. The brand thus asserts continuity in its industrial logic, while opening up a new avenue in the world of floating homes.

Production in Portugal, industrial expertise

The modules are manufactured at the CatanaGroup plant in Aveiro, Portugal. This site, already renowned for its technical rigor, ensures SEATY a robust and durable manufacturing process, capable of meeting demand while maintaining a high level of quality.

The very first SEATY model will be presented to the public at the Grand Pavois boat show in La Rochelle. A strategic event, since this annual gathering brings together a discerning public at the crossroads of boating and new trends in on-water design.

A global ambition for CatanaGroup

With SEATY, CatanaGroup affirms its determination to become the world leader in floating homes based on catamaran technology. This diversification is part of a continuous growth trajectory begun in 2014, and complements a brand portfolio already structured around sailing (Bali, Catana) and motor (YOT) catamarans.
