Numarine is set to reveal its world-first hybrid Explorer superyacht, the 30XP, at the Cannes Yachting Festival 2024. This event will mark a turning point for the shipyard. The model was launched to mark the shipyard's 20th anniversary in September 2022. Already 4 units have been sold, ahead of the launch of the first unit in the coming weeks.
A diesel-electric yacht
The 30XP is equipped with a diesel-electric hybrid propulsion system, a first for Numarine. This model also offers a conventional propulsion option with 560 hp MAN engines. With a top speed of 13 knots and a cruising speed of 11 knots, the 30XP has an estimated range of 3,000 nautical miles at 11 knots.

Scandinavian design and optimized space
The interiors of the 30XP are inspired by Scandinavian design, focusing on simplicity, minimalism and functionality. Designed by Can Yalman, in collaboration with Istanbul-based Ofist Design Studio, the yacht features optimized living spaces, including an office in the master cabin with full-height windows for unobstructed sea views. The raised wheelhouse makes efficient use of the interior volume.

Customizable layouts
The 30XP offers great flexibility in terms of interior layout, allowing owners to customize the layout to their preferences. Living spaces include a master suite with private balcony, four guest cabins on the lower deck, and a semi-open stern beach club with three fold-down platforms increasing deck space to 43 square meters. A 6.25 m diesel tender can be accommodated on the side. There is ample space for alfresco dining on the aft deck, but on the covered sundeck.

In total, the accommodation is designed to accommodate up to 10 guests, with each of the five cabins having its own private bathroom. The master suite features large windows and cut-outs in the bulwarks to maximize the view, as well as an optional fold-down balcony. Up to five crew members can also be accommodated on board, with the mess and crew accommodation located forward on the lower deck.
