Here's an overview of the big new yachts to be unveiled at Boot Düsseldorf in 2024.
Anglo-Saxon Sunseeker has launched a new deck layout with the Ocean 182. On this 27 m yacht, the helm station has been moved to the enclosed flybridge to create a living space worthy of a superyacht. The owner's cabin amidships extends the full width of the hull. Like the VIP cabin forward and the other two cabins, it has its own bathroom. With a higher engine output of 2x2,000 hp, the Ocean 182 can reach 27 knots. At a cruising speed of 12 knots, it has a range of 1,800 miles.
Sunseeker Predator 75 - 23.06 m
The Predator 75 from Sunseeker combines luxury and performance. Inside, you'll find a host of comfort features, including fridge and freezer, dishwasher, wine cellar, electric grill... An air-conditioning system, hi-fi system and TV are designed for leisure activities. In terms of speed, the Predator 75 reaches 40 knots with 3,800 hp.
Azimut Magellano 60 - 18.47 m
On this three-deck model, the Azimut shipyard has maximized openness to the outside world, emphasizing panoramic window areas and unobstructed views. The cockpit, named "Infinity Terrace", offers a direct view of the sea thanks to the transparent aft wall. The Magellano 60 is equipped with stabilizers to ensure comfort, even at high speeds. Two 760 hp engines give her a speed of 26 knots.
Omikron OT 60 - 18.41 m
In the manner of some motorboat builders in recent years, the Greek shipyard Omicron synthesizes the lifestyle of sailing and the comfort of the motorboat in the OT 60. Its carbon-reinforced hull ensures quiet, economical sailing, just like a sailboat. It has a range of 1,000 miles at a speed of 12 knots, with two 300 hp diesel engines consuming 1.25 liters per hour. The living space is similar to that of a yacht deck saloon. The saloon is connected to the cockpit via the bay window. Customers can choose between three and four cabins, each with its own private bathroom.
Fairline Squadron 58 - 17.8 m
With the Squadron 58, the Anglo-Saxon shipyard Fairline offers a 60-foot yacht with the allure of an 80-footer. To achieve this, the shipyard has opted for "Beach-Club" balconies that extend sideways. They extend the deck and facilitate access to the sea. The interior has been designed with sobriety in mind, to offer a space of calm. Thanks to the modular design, cockpit furniture can be individually positioned. Last but not least, the large glass frontage offers almost 360° panoramic visibility.
Absolute 52 Fly - 16.76 m
At 16.76 m long, the mid-range Absolute 52 Fly from the eponymous shipyard is a flybridge cruiser with three virtually flush decks. Onboard space is enhanced by the full width of the owner's cabin forward. The VIP cabin also boasts ample space that can also be used by owners. Finally, a third cabin and a crew cabin are accessible from the large exterior spaces, offering a total of 14 berths. Two Volvo Penta D8-IPS800 engines power the Absolute 52 Fly.
Steeler 50 TA - 16.50 m
The abbreviation "TA" on the Steeler 50 stands for "Trans Atlantic". Made of steel and aluminum, this Dutch yacht with a semi-planing hull offers transatlantic autonomy. Tank capacity has been increased to 5,000 liters, and a wing system has been integrated. It uses wind energy to save fuel and ensures a speed of 4 or 5 knots without starting the two Volvo Penta D8-600s.
