The holiday season is starting. A moment that can keep an iodized taste and make Christmas rhyme with navigation.

Christmas on and around the water

Like every year, Christmas is a pretext for all kinds of activities. From the sailing club to the SNSM, everyone has their own activities. Regattas disguised as Santa Claus and other festive evenings at the club's bar are all ways to combine end-of-year celebrations with a taste for boating. The month of December is also often the occasion for public utility associations to call for solidarity. The SNSM does not fail to do so, because unfortunately it is not Santa Claus who will take you in tow or recover you in the heart of the storm ... However, this cannot be done with humor and smile, as shown in the picture of the SNSM of Pointe-à-Pitre, which was well helped by the weather for its distribution of papillotes...

Gifts at the foot of the main mast

And for the passionate, the boat and navigation are never far away when it is time to open the gifts. Clothing for the sailor, gift for his boat, from the fittings to the electronics, passing by the sails or the last gadget of comfort on board... There is no lack of ideas. And for those who are late, our weekly equipment or our library section will not fail to give ideas!

On our side, the editorial staff wishes all its readers a merry Christmas, whether on board their boats or in front of the fireplace, in front of a model! The pleasure of sailing is never far away.
