A concept specially designed for electric motorization
The Capoforte SQ240i, with its 7.38 m length and 2.46 m width, is the first electric motor boat model from the Italian shipyard Cantieri Aschenez, which also builds the Invictus. This open hull, made of infusion and able to accommodate up to 10 people, is signed by Christian Grande, historical designer of the range. Its lines have been specifically designed for electric propulsion, as the designer explains: "The lines should not express speed, but should be harmonious, linked to a relaxed and casual sailing. From a technical point of view, a specific type of stratification has been chosen to obtain the best performance in terms of efficiency with this type of propulsion."

A deck plan to relax and enjoy
The wide, rounded bow and the deck layout with central console emphasize comfort and ease of movement on board. The large forward deck offers two bench seats with a central table, which can be converted into a large solarium. The front of the console is occupied by a double bench seat. The pilot seat shares the backrest with the imposing sundeck over the bathing platform.

Outboard or inboard motors, but always electric
Initially presented as an outboard with a 3.7 kW Yamaha Harmo electric motor, the Capoforte SQ240i is now available in an electric inboard version. The Molabo ISCAD V50 is an inboard motor with inline shaft propulsion of 50 kW, for a weight of 45 kg, coupled with four Mastervolt batteries of 200Ah 48V LifePO4. The maximum speed is around 15 knots with a consumption of 45 kW, while the cruising speed is around 6.5 knots with a consumption of 8 kW and a range of 4 hours.
