When sailing in Quiberon Bay, Port Haliguen is a perfect stopover. The small nineteenth century port, at the foot of the lighthouse, has kept all its charm. However, Port Haliguen has entered the twenty-first century thanks to extensive renovation work.

Convenient access to the port
Access to the port is possible at any time of the tide. However, a sill has been created at the entrance to the old port and the Mané visitor's basin, to prevent them from running aground at low tide. Very accessible places, especially at night, are located on the central pontoon opposite the entrance. Before or after a visit to the port, you can anchor in front of the beautiful beaches of the Presqu'île.

The port offers 1200 places for fishermen, professionals and boaters. During the summer period, the place is very lively. However, out of season, Port Haliguen takes on a special charm, quieter and at much more attractive rates.

Many services nearby
Around the pontoons, the docks are ideal for strolling. In front of the Mané basin, in addition to the harbor master's office, there are restaurants, a bakery, a grocery store, bicycle rental stores, shipchandlers and other nautical activities. A little further on, in Quiberon, a small supermarket is accessible on foot from the port. There is also a DIY store and the train station.

Beautiful hikes and visits
From Port Haliguen, pedestrian or cyclist walks abound. Hiking trails allow you to go around the Quiberon Peninsula. The West coast is famous for its wild landscapes and the East coast for its long sandy beaches.

Moreover, there is no lack of visits: the heritage house presents the traditional regional culture, the lighthouse house offers regular exhibitions and the religious architecture offers beautiful visits to the Saint-Julien and Saint-Clément chapels and to the Notre-Dame de Locmaria church.
Finally, at the entrance or at the exit, you will not fail to greet, not too closely, the lighthouse of the Teignouse, local nautical glory.
