Web series / Captain Darwin : From Yvelines to Brittany, transport of the sailing boat Mukti

In this 5th episode, Victor Rault moves his sailboat - Mukti - from the Yvelines to Port La Forêt, in Brittany, where he will carry out the mast and engine repairs.

In the previous episode of Captain Darwin, Victor had finally found the boat of his dream for his 4 year expedition around the world in the wake of Darwin. This amateur construction named Mukti was in a yard in Ile de France, in the Yvelines.

Victor must now repatriate it to Brittany, where it has recently taken up residence. The boat has to be prepared before it can be loaded onto a trailer truck for the trip.

After a long day on the road, Mukti finally reached Port La Forêt, in Finistère. Laid up on bers, she should stay there for two weeks so that Victor can repair the engine - which finally doesn't work - and mast her.

As the young man has offices in the port of Concarneau, Mukti will then be moored on the Explorer pontoon, at the bottom of the port, towards the Moros bridge. But it is a few kilometers away from there that he will carry out his work, as the port is not able to handle pleasure boats of this size (between 10 and 30 tons).
