Nautex International offers you a mainsail furling and reefing system that has been installed for over 50 years on more than 3000 yachts from 26 to 85 feet. The Leisure Furl system is renowned for its design, engineering and production quality.
The drive chuck uses fibre-impregnated composite bearings similar to those used in the construction of large blocks for ship loading.
The system has a 5 year warranty, it easily adapts to an existing mast and you keep the shape of a high performance mainsail when it is reduced. Unlike furling the mainsail in the mast, the weight at the top decreases as the sail is reduced. This is an advantage when the wind rises and the sea forms.
