Located opposite England, the port of Saint-Quay-Portrieux receives many British, Belgian and Dutch yachtsmen. Its geographical position makes it a very coveted port. This corresponds to about 10,000 overnight stays per year (about 5,000 passing boats). To satisfy this clientele and build their loyalty, the port has invested heavily in quality of service.

An ever-present welcome
Boats are welcomed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. At any time of the day or night, even out of season, staff respond to a VHF call and come and pick you up to welcome you to the pontoon and help you with the manoeuvre. These staff are also there to meet all expectations (emptying of black water tanks, code for sanitary facilities, access to the Wifi network...).
This welcome has been particularly well worked out with a hostess as soon as she arrives at the port, who will give you a small booklet explaining the port's services, a tourist documentation and above all a coupon booklet giving you discounts or gifts in local shops (shops, restaurants, services...). This makes it possible to make the link between the port and the local actors who then see the port, no longer as a boat parking lot, but as a customer contribution.

Smart Attitude
But to be even more attentive to users, the port of Saint-Quay-Portrieux has set up a concierge service since 5 years. Dedicated staff respond to the wishes and requests of users. It can be the request for a rental car or bike, the reservation of a restaurant, the transport of a sailboat to a sailboat, the search for a mechanic, an appointment with a doctor or a dentist... Knowing the local resources, speaking several languages, this concierge service is free and accessible to visiting boaters. This model was inspired by what is practiced abroad (in Asia, Australia or even the Mediterranean) more often for large yachts, but here accessible to all.

Despite its geographical location and the many intrinsic assets of its port, Saint-Quay-Portrieux continues to develop the quality of its reception and its network to guarantee boaters an even more unique stopover.
