The Boot de Düsseldorf is the must-attend boat show to discover the latest innovations. All nouveautés?! Many shipyards are reserving their launch for the German show, like the Italian Capelli, who is launching his first bowrider semi-rigid, the BR 65. And for good reason. Visitors are numerous, qualified and especially of all nationalités?!
For those who have not (yet) been able to travel, here is an overview of what to discover in the halls dedicated to motor boats.
Borncruiser Elegance 1280 Sedan
This new 12.70 m model has a rather modern hull design with a vertical bow with fine water inlets. Safety, comfort and quality are the characteristics of a family boat. In terms of deck layout, there are two versions to choose from, which differ in terms of the positioning of the galley and the number of seats in the cockpit and saloon. The Canopeasy® system allows the spacious cockpit to be completely closed. Under the bridge, the layout is spacious with two double cabins, a bathroom and a washing machine.
Fountaine Pajot MY 40
The new motor catamaran from the manufacturer from La Rochelle is distinguished by its design and sporty lines. With two Volvo Penta IPS 500s of 370 hp, the MY 40 is announced as one of the fastest cruising catamarans on the market. The large flybridge offers a high level of comfort as well as the interior, offered as standard in Maestro version, with three spacious double cabins and two bathrooms.
Greenline 48 Coupe
This new Greenline is equipped with solar panels covering the entire roof, producing 2.4 kW of electrical energy. As usual, this model has a one-level layout - "One Level Living" - leaving a stepless passage between cockpit and saloon. It follows the lines of the 48 Fly, a classic design with modern touches.
Sealine C390
With two 300 HP Volvo Penta D4s or two 370 HP Volvo Penta D6s, this new Sealine is at 27 or 34 knots respectively. On deck the layout is comfortable and complete: hydraulic bathing platform, wetbar, grill, sunbathing, spacious shaded cockpit... Under the deck, four different layouts are available.
Axopar Brabus Shadow 500
The Finnish Axopar shipyard and the German car mechanic are renewing their collaboration with the new Brabus Shadow "One of Twenty Eight". Like its predecessor (the Shadow 800), this model is based on the limited edition Axopar 28.
Frauscher 1017 GT Air
Six years after the launch of the Frauscher 1017 Lido, the Austrian shipyard is launching the 2nd generation of the 10 m open: the 1017 GT Air. The Air version has the same features that made the previous model so successful in terms of handling, but with even more space on board and modernity.
Marex 360 CC
The Marex 360 Cabriolet Cruiser is an open cruising boat with a very large cockpit. It replaces its predecessor, the 350 Cabriolet Cruiser, but retains some of its features. This boat is designed to spend as much time as possible outdoors with an optimally used cockpit: lounge area, helm station, kitchen area. The front is also easily accessible via a door in the windshield. The Marex 360 Convertible Cruiser offers several engine options: single or twin-engine.
Nerea NY 24
With its 7.35 m length, the NY 24 combines a modern design, a comfortable interior and good sailing performance (according to the yard). In the cockpit, there is a kitchen, a dining area that turns into a sunbathing area. Under the deck, a double berth allows you to spend a weekend on board.
Nimbus T11
The T11 is the first model in the "11" range, which will be completed by a Weekender (W11) and a Commuter (C11), just like the 9 range before it. The Nimbus T11 is a versatile boat that is suitable for all kinds of activities, such as transport, water sports or simply relaxing on the water.
