How does an offshore racing team work? How is life aboard the maxi-trimaran Spindrift 2? What are the jobs you can find in the Spindrift Racing team? Here are the questions that Spindrift Racing proposes to answer. Yann Guichard and Dona Bertarelli are organising an open day at their base in Saint-Philibert, in the Morbihan, near Carnac.
Curious and passionate sailors will be able to meet those who build Spindrift Racing and discover the life and workings of the team and its fleet of racing multihulls through discovery workshops, events and exhibitions.
The base composed of maintenance areas, technical workshops, work areas for the design team, logistics, communication and administrative teams will be converted into reception and discovery areas for the public.
At the same time as the day, Spindrift 2, Yann Guichard's 40m maxi-trimaran, will be moored in the port of La Trinité sur mer and visible from the Caradec Pier.
