Le Grand Prix de lÉcole Navale - 4 days of racing in Crozon peninsula (29)

The Grand Prix de l'École Navale - French Open 60 Championship - will take place from May 14 to 17 in Finistère.

The Grand Prix de l'École Navale was created in 2002, welcoming 40 boats to race. Today, for this 14 e in this edition, nearly 180 boats will be present, skippered by professionals or amateurs. The patrons of this Grand Prix de l'École Navale will be none other than the Olympic champions in Nacra 17, Marie Riou and Billy Besson, who together hold prestigious titles.

This Grand Prix 2015 will take place on 4 sites in Finistère: Naval School in Lanvéoc-Poulmic / Crozon-Morgat / Camaret / Port du Château âeuros Brest, which will bring together 180 sailboats racing and nearly 900 crew members for 4 days of competition.

Among the skippers will be present the great names of Diam 24 sailing such as François Gabart, Jerémie Beyou, Franck Cammas, Lionel Lemonchois, Kito de Pavant, Sébastien Rogues, Erwan Tabarly or Bernard Stamm or Armel le Cléac'h.

The Ãcole Navale will welcome the new Diam 24, the Longtze and the Match 6.50 for a speed-crossing. In Crozon-Morgat, we will find the Open 5.70, the Seascape 18, the Speed Feet 18, the Corsairs and the J22. In Lanveoc, we will find the Cormorants and the 5.50MJI. In Camaret, the J80 fleet âeuros the most numerous of the race âeuros will be found at the opening of the Narrows of Brest. Finally, the port of Château, the first Breton marina, will host the rowing races and the Penn Ar Bed Paddle Race as well as the challenge of the mousses.

15H30 awards ceremony for the French One-Design Championship on the different race sites .
