Tiwal, an inflatable dinghy made in france

The French manufacturer Tiwal and its pneumatic dinghy that fits in the trunk of a car are the ideal answer for anyone who wants to go boating without having space to store it.

It takes only twenty minutes to launch it after taking it out of the trunk of your car, that's the reality Tiwal offers with its 3.2 m inflatable dinghy, designed for the pleasure of sailing with ease and providing great sliding sensations. No more trailer behind the car, it can be stored in 2 bags of less than 30 kg.

Invented by a young designer Marion Excoffon, this boat is powered by a carbon boomless rig with a 5.40 m2 horn sail as standard. Its fully inflatable PVC shell rests on a removable aluminium frame to hold the mast. It is a versatile boat, suitable for solo or duo use, for sports or for strolls.

The Morbihan company collects all the awards with its concept. Nominated for the "Boat of the Year 2014" competition organized by the American magazine Sailing Word, it has received the Innovation Award, but also the Red Dot Design Award, a competition organised by the Design Centre of Nordrhein Westfalen, Germany, and renowned as one of the most coveted design awards in the world.

First presented at the Nautic 2012 after 3 years of research and development, more than 40 units were sold last year, mainly for export. Manufactured 2/3 in France and assembled in Brittany, the boat is sold for ?5,490 including VAT, ready to sail. An ideal solution to learn the joys of sailing at a low cost, without maintenance and without constraint.
