By virtue of a judgment of the Tarascon Court of First Instance dated November 24, 2022 ordering Mr Bernard PARDO to pay THE WIND SHIP the following sums:

- 3,000 euros under article 700 of the French Code of Civil Procedure, and costs

Bids may only be placed by a lawyer qualified to plead before the judicial court of the place of sale, in accordance with the rules laid down in Articles 5 and 5-1 of Law No. 71-1130 of December 31, 1971 on the reform of certain provisions of the Code of Civil Procedure
judicial and legal professions.
The successful bidder is required to pay the hammer price within 24 hours of the auction date, failing which he will be liable for irresponsible bidding, by cheque or bank transfer to the order of the President of the MARSEILLE Bar Association, in his capacity as receiver; bids will be received by a lawyer registered with the MARSEILLE Bar Association.
