Remote control up to 15 meters

Developed over a period of 18 months, this compact remote control allows the RemigoOne motor to be operated remotely, over a range of 15 meters. Unlike other systems using Bluetooth, Remigo has opted for WLAN communication, judged to be more stable and better suited to marine environments.

The remote control is waterproof, rechargeable via USB-C, and has a battery life of 12 hours in continuous use, or over a month on standby. It attaches easily to a magnetic swivel bracket, and can also be clipped onto the motor's existing tiller handle.

Dual-purpose: portable or tiller-mounted

The RemigoOne is designed around a compact monoblock concept with integrated battery. Initially, the throttle controls were placed directly on the top of the motor. At the request of many users, Remigo now offers this remote control, which provides a more flexible alternative: either in mobile manual use, or in fixed mode on the tiller.

Marko Vrtovec, CEO of Remigo, explains:
"When we designed the RemigoOne, the controls were located on the engine. But as some sailors prefer direct control from the helm, we designed a robust and adaptable solution. "

Integrated man-overboard safety function

Another special feature: the remote control includes a "man overboard" (MOB) function. If the pilot falls into the water, the motor stops immediately. This function is designed for coastal or lake use, particularly on board dinghies or small sailboats.

Note that this remote control is only compatible with models produced after 2023.

With this new remote control, Remigo aims to boost the appeal of its RemigoOne motor, designed for small electric units up to 1,000 W. Compact, waterproof and with no external cables, this model is particularly popular on dinghies, small dinghies and river boats.
