With the launch of its new Coupe range, the Sino-American builder intends to offer sporty, versatile catamarans designed for both day trips and weekends on board. In addition to a choice of inboard or outboard engines, the new Aquila boats will be equipped with a foil (Aquila Hydro Glide Foil System). Both boats are due to make their official debut in 2025.
Aquila 42 Coupe
The all-new Aquila 42 Coupe power catamaran boasts a sporty look, with a fully enclosed wheelhouse and large bowrider forward.

At 13.06 m long, the newcomer also boasts a generous beam (4.85 m). This provides ample living space in both cockpit and wheelhouse.

Once through the sliding door, the main deck offers a full galley, a large saloon and a helm station with two seats. Access to the bowrider is directly from the main deck, while each hull houses a cabin with en-suite bathroom.

In terms of dynamics, the Aquila 42 Coupe is based on a double-step hull and benefits from a foil system (Aquila Hydro Glide Foil System) that guarantees a smooth ride and good performance. The boat should be available with a 2 x 400 hp Mercury max outboard and a 2 x 440 hp Volvo Penta max inboard.
Aquila 46 Coupe
Based on the silhouette of the 42 Coupe, the 46 is inspired by the same concept, with an enclosed wheelhouse, a highly protected cockpit, a large bowrider forward and a very comfortable interior. The boat features a very large cockpit with two solariums and a bar area like on the 50 Yacht. The bar blurs the boundary between outside and inside and, once the glass is up, opens directly onto the galley.

As on the 42, there's a full galley, a large L-shaped saloon and a helm station with two seats. Access to the bowrider is also directly from the main deck.
Each hull houses a cabin with a private bathroom, but compared to the 42, space is much more generous, with a bed in a perpendicular position for an unobstructed view of the sea.

Like the 42, the 46 incorporates a double-step hull and benefits from the Aquila Hydro Glide Foil System, which guarantees a smooth ride, good performance and fuel savings. The boat should be available with a 2 x 600 hp Mercury max outboard and a 2 x 440 hp Volvo Penta max inboard.
