Once all the components are out of the bag, assembly takes just 15 minutes, and can be carried out without any special knowledge or tools apart from a pump to inflate the floats.
Before starting assembly, set up on a clean, flat surface. If necessary, you can lay a large canvas underneath to avoid losing any parts. For easy assembly, all components are easily identifiable. The advantage of having a pre-assembled boat also means fewer scattered parts, and therefore less risk of loss.

To assemble, simply follow the step-by-step instructions in the manual. The boat is already pre-assembled. This means that floats, crossbeams and trampolines can be rolled together without being separated, saving time during assembly.
The boat is already pre-assembled
Just unroll it and finish assembling the frame. Once the frame assembly is complete, it's time to install the mini-pins under each float. These pins are made of an extremely strong and rigid material. To install them, simply slide each pin into the slot provided.

Then start inflating. Once again, this operation is very easy. All you need is a small battery-operated electric pump, or for the more sporty, a foot pump. Be careful not to over-inflate the floats, which should be firm but not too hard.

Once the boat is inflated, simply fit the mast like a windsurfing board, then attach the rudder and you're ready to go.
2 minutes for the rigging
In keeping with its reduced size, the Guppy's rigging is once again very simple, consisting of a single 484 sqft (4.5 m2) mainsail with horn. This sail is made of 175-210 g/m2 Dacron following the brand's signature design Tfunky. It has no boom, but a fairly rigid bottom edge combined with a mainsheet and vang.

Very light, the catamaran can easily be launched by a single person.
