A festival that creates excitement
The Sailorz Film Festival, the first competitive sailing film festival, opened the way in 2020 to the broadcasting of sailing sport videos on the big screen. The opportunity for amateurs, professionals and dreamers to discover this small initiatory world from a cinema. Following the success of the first edition, held in two cities in France, the second edition took place in 11 major cities. For this 2023 edition, 15 dates have been scheduled, proof of the public's enthusiasm!
Live the sport of sailing in immersion
After a first round of performances, 5 dates in the West of France, all sold out, followed by 3 new dates in the South of France, the festival is sold out. Through films more or less short, the spectator is embarked on board these racing cars that make you dream. And the formula works if we believe the testimonies of the spectators: emotion, beautiful images, artistic projectâeuros¦
Sailors who testify on stage
Besides a good cinematographic moment, we also discover the "backstage" of the event through stories and testimonies of the sailors present on stage. On these first dates, Loïc E s coffier, Charles Caudrelier, Thomas Ruyant, actors of this edition, were present to brighten up with their point of view the broadcasted images.
