An ultra-compact RIB
Since 2019, Zodiac has begun the renewal of its Medline range of boats, intended for family sailing, Mediterranean or elsewhere. All that remained was to replace the Medline 580. It's done with the announcement of the Zodiac Medline 5.8. The French RIB builder's teams have focused on the boat's versatility and compactness to offer all the features despite its smaller size, as product manager Théo Debeunne points out: "We spent over a year designing this new boat to create the most ergonomic deck layout possible. This is one of the real pluses of the boat: No wasted space, unlike its ancestor, the Medline 580."
The brand is counting on him in a key niche of the under 6 meters, after having multiplied its sales by 7 since the beginning of the renewal of the range in 2019.
Spaces for relaxation
At only 5.80 meters, the Medline 5.8 offers two sunbeds. The aft bench seat is convertible, while the forward cockpit table lowers to connect the console forward seat and the forward triangle for a substantial sunbathing area.

The boat will be able to accommodate up to 8 passengers on an exclusive bi-material upholstery designed with Serge Ferrari.
Generous motorization
The boat is offered with a recommended 115 horsepower, but the hull can accept an outboard motor up to 150 horsepower. The 100-liter fuel tank provides a reasonable range.
The standard 2023 version is offered at 32,200 euros. Packages are available to equip it for comfort with a shower and a front table or for the practice of towed sports with a roll bar, a ski pole and Fusion audio systems.
