Appealing to different owners around the world
The latest model in Azimut's Flybridge range, the Azimut 68 offers three different main deck configurations to suit all lifestyles. The builder hopes to expand its target audience of owners around the world, offering them the opportunity to choose how they want to live aboard.
How will the owners spend their time on board? What types of guests will they have on board and what types of activities will they offer? Will privacy or communal living be emphasized? How will the kitchen be used? The answer is different for each owner, which is why the Azimut 68 is available in several configurations, plus a multi-purpose area.

Three different main deck layouts
In the first version of the layout, an elegant living space is located near the entrance to the main deck, with the galley hidden behind a ribbed wood and Plexiglas surface. This solution, called Lanterna, closes off the kitchen to create privacy, while allowing light to flow throughout the space to create a bright and spacious environment.

For homeowners looking for a more user-friendly layout, the open kitchen version is the ideal solution. It is discreetly located towards the front, but opens directly onto the dining room, which can also be converted into a 2nd living area.

Finally, for a less formal layout, the galley's aft layout provides a link between the interior and exterior, while allowing the cook to converse with guests. The dining room is located just across from the galley, entering from the cockpit, with the salon installed forward.

Elegant and sporty exterior design
The exterior design by Alberto Mancini maintains the characteristic lines of the Flybridge range, a clean design that is both sporty and modern. The interiors are designed by Achille Salvagni, with elegance to offer a feeling of well-being and comfort. He also designed the exterior furniture.
Below deck, four cabins and three bathrooms accommodate up to eight guests in comfort, with separate space for one or two crew members. The two IPS 1350 volvo engines give the Azimut 68 a maximum speed of 32 knots. The carbon fiber used in the upper parts, including the superstructure, hardtop and part of the deck gives the yacht a low center of gravity, for excellent stability and cruising comfort.
