Pedayak Electric, a hands-free hybrid kayak

Pedayak is a kayak equipped with a pedalboard for hands-free use. It is now available with electric propulsion for muscular operation, 100% electric or a combination of both.

Mixing the means of propulsion

The Pedayak is a kayak whose propulsion is done via a pedalboard, allowing the user to have his hands free. It is now available in a hybrid electric version, allowing you to move forward without having to pedal.

It is also possible to mix muscular and electric propulsion to increase the speed tenfold. The electric drive is controlled by a removable waterproof remote control, which can be attached to the kayak so that it is always at hand. The electric kit - battery and waterproof controller - is installed in a waterproof hatch behind the seat and easily accessible for recharging.

To steer the kayak, a stick is used to control the helm and rudder, and to reverse the kayak, you simply need to reverse the pedal. Stowage space is integrated on board at the bow and stern, and it is possible to take on board an additional passenger weighing less than 50 kg.

Kits to modulate your kayak

One of the big advantages of the Pedayak is its modularity. Indeed, it is possible to buy kits to transform your kayak according to your desires: sail, prao (side float), duo (catamaran), trio (trimaran)... With the addition of an intermediate removable structure, you can then take your family for sailing, picnicking, fishing, etc...
