Breast Blood, a comic book thriller

Ar-Men, the lighthouse at sea nicknamed the hell of the underworld by its guardians will relive through a comic book an adventure worthy of a novel by Agatha Christie. Which of the characters will remain the last? Ar-Men for sure

In Sang de Sein, the main character is the lighthouse of Ar-Men. A famous writer asks to be locked up there with 5 personalities, each one a specialist in a particular field. The ultimate goal is to write the plot of a very good novel. Each of the protagonists lends itself (more or less) to the game. But the atmosphere on the lighthouse and unexpected events will change the course of the story.

In Sang de Sein, the plot is well conducted and one devours each page with pleasure. The reconstruction of the organization of the lighthouse (layout of the rooms and other unknown passages) is carried away by the story and is far from reality.

If drawing is important in comics, Patrick Weber's drawing is rather little worked as if he wanted to remain voluntarily evasive. And this fits well with the tense atmosphere created between the characters.

With Sang de Sein you don't sail at sea, but the exchanges and tensions between the men and women of the adventure are like a reflection of our world. A comic strip that you don't let go until the end.
