Bali Catamarans will launch its new catamaran in April 2018 at the Salon du Multicoque de la Grande-Motte. The 4.1 has the same interior and exterior layout as the 4.0 but gains space in the cockpit with new equipment.

Bali Catamarans will present in April 2018 its new catamaran 4.1. This new 12.35m model is a "remastered" version of the 4.0. Slightly larger than the 4.0 (length 11.93 m), it retains the same beam (6.72 m), but loses waterline length (11.60 m compared to 11.88 m for the 4.0).

"The 4.1 is the new boat in the range, but takes over the layout of the 4.0. Larger, with the same width, interior layout and number of cabins." explains Céline Tell, from the site's marketing department.

The 4.1 will therefore take up the same layout as its little brother, such as the large cockpit/square area with tilt-and-turn glass door, a decked foredeck that reinforces structural rigidity and houses large sunbathing areas and a saloon, and the raised cockpit with a convivial flybridge.

It is at the level of the aft cockpit that we find the modifications, in particular with the addition of a central platform joining the two hulls, to gain more stability. The space on board is therefore even greater. The storage locker that was previously found in the cockpit of the 4.0 has been replaced by a real cockpit bench seat for greater comfort.

Finally, there are now two large side lockers on the transom that can accommodate a plancha and serve as storage.

On the inside, the 4.0 keeps the open pod with an L-shaped square facing an expandable meridian. The galley is located forward on the port side and the chart table on the starboard side. The galley return increases the storage volume and the work surface area. The interior decoration has also been modified, as on all models in 2018. It is now the Lasta Design studio that is in charge of the decoration with rounded edges, neutral colours, more fluid shapes, etc.

On the sleeping side, you can choose between four different layouts:

  • 3 cabin/2 bathroom version
  • 3 cabin/3 bathroom version
  • 4 cabin/2 bathroom version
  • 4 cabin/4 bathroom version

This new model will be presented at the Salon du Multicoque de la Grande Motte. Bali Catamarans does not stop there with the new models, as the shipyard will then present the largest model in its range, the Bali 5.4, at the Cannes Yachting Festival in September 2018.
