Web series / Pushed by the wind: It's fun in Cape Verde!

Sarah and Aurélien share their stopover in Cape Verde after their first major crossing from the Canaries to this island off the northwest coast of Africa. An episode 18 of Poussé par le Vent where meetings with buddy boats are mixed, but also many sliding sessions!

When you go on a boat trip around the world, it's hard to make friends You may meet other boaters on your way (or rather in ports), you don't necessarily find shoes at your feet... Age gap for example pointed out Sarah who was cruelly lacking social ties despite meetings, at the whim of stopovers, but with older people...

In Sal, they were able to meet two friends boats - an RM with 3 children on board and a First with a couple - and share anchorage, aperitifs, diving, fishing and surfing session... With their new friends, they evoke the difficulty of spending long moments at sea (transatlantic),"lost" in the middle of the ocean, far from everything, but reassured by nature: the stars, the sea, the planton and all those little things which may seem normal, but which take on a whole new dimension when sailing.

On the program of this episode 18 of Poussé par le Vent, a lot of sliding sessions: windsurfing, paddle, kitesurfing! Sarah and Aurélien are having fun on an incredible spot, one of the most beautiful since their departure, that of Boa Vista... A place that also allowed them to test the transatlantic configuration with a tangled genoa and a mainsail scissors.
