In the summer of 2017, Neel launched a new model for its range of trimarans. The Neel 51 (15.60 m) complemented the Neel 45 (13.50 m) and the Neel 65 (19.80 m). This new model is undoubtedly more accomplished than the two others, mainly in terms of better space management and better thought-out layouts.
The 2 "old" models are going to be corrected based on the achievements of the new 51. Thus will be born the 45 Evolution and the 65 Evolution. No revolution, but improvements that will make these trimarans, already appreciated for their comfort, volume, safety and finesse of helm, grow.
To be discovered in spring 2018
On the 45, it is the access to the sea which was reworked with the addition of steps in the skirts of the floats (and not only from the central hull). The bimini is also modified. Extended aft and now rigid, it facilitates access to the mainsail to furl it. The Neel 45 Evolution comes in two interior layout versions: Loft (sleeps 4 to 8) and Cruise (sleeps 6 to 10).
A Performance version is also available with a sabre centreboard (the other models have a fixed fin) and a carbon rig with more sail area.
The Neel 45 Evolution will be previewed at the International Multihull Boat Show from 18th to 22nd April 2018, at La Grande Motte.

The Neel 65 Evolution remains the flagship of the range (the number 2 model is currently under construction). It has the same layout as the 51. Indeed, on this model, the shipyard has developed a concept that it has named the Cockloon (contraction of the cockpit and saloon) which sees the cockpit as an extension of the saloon. This concept will be used on the 65. This means that up to 14 guests can be seated at the table! A second saloon in front of the saloon offers another convivial space on board, with a sofa seen from the sea (forward). In this layout, the galley faces the sea on the starboard side, while a single-storey owner's cabin is on the port side.

With more than 30 trimarans built at the end of December 2017 sailing all the world's seas, the yard has set up this development of the range, a 2 e generation that should allow the company to continue its good growth.
