In 2015 Wichard has renewed its range of sailor's knives as the readers of Bateaux.com found out at the time . Then one year later, this stainless steel specialist completed the range with a 'luxury' model with a wooden handle. This beautiful toy lacked a case worthy of the gabiers.
It's now done with the leather case that has just been presented to us. Available in 2 colours (black or dark brown), they can hold all knives (Aquaterra range and Offshore range). This case can be attached to a belt either horizontally or vertically. The loop at the back of the case is designed for these 2 positions. And to avoid losing the knife, the case closes with a press button. Of course for a sailor's knife, the leather is seawater resistant.
Thus arranged, the knife always remains within easy reach, whether for an emergency manoeuvre when cutting a rope or even to be ready to draw at the time of the sausage party.
