Exposure RAW Pro Head Torch 2.0, the headlamp for sailors

There's a good reason why Exposure Marine's RAW Pro Head Torch 2.0 is on every sailor's head. Whether Ultime, IMOCA or Class40, they all love it. Made of aluminum, this lightweight lamp lights up first with a red light to avoid glare. Its white beam is very powerful, adjustable in intensity up to 265 Lumens. The battery, which has a maximum autonomy of 40 h, is recharged via a USB cable with a magnetic plug (full recharge in 1.5 h). The lamp is fully waterproof to IPX8. At just 80 g on the forehead, you won't feel a thing. 160.00 ? incl. VAT.

Couteaux Iniz, 100% Breton marine knives

In Concarneau, France, Iniz makes simple, lightweight sailor's knives that are robust enough to withstand the rigors of the sea. Iniz knives are the result of local, sustainable production, rooted in Finistère. Iniz cutlery, which means "island" in Breton, was created in 2021 by Emmanuel Labory. He has developed a patented Exolock locking system built around a stainless steel rod, a single piece whose ingenious bending not only assembles the handle and blade, but also rotates and locks the latter. A simple solution, giving life to a lightweight, functional knife that boils down to three elements: handle, blade and shaft. The first model is a knife for sailors called the Le Moutons, a name in homage to the lighthouse on Île aux Moutons in the Glénan archipelago. 99.00 ? incl. VAT.

Nodus Mickey Ring 3D, the self-aligning 3D pulley

Constructed with low-friction rings in hardened anodized Duraluminium, Nodus' "Mickey Oreileles" will be used for 3D trimming of a headsail, or to build a boom vang, a clew or make a tackle. Working under heavy loads, the textile bond allows the load to self-align, reducing fatigue on rings and ropes. This Mickey Ring 3D is available with 2 ring sizes: 14 mm inner diameter for 6 to 8 mm ropes and a strength of 1800 kg. And a size with 25 mm inner diameter for ropes from 10 to 14 mm and a strength of 5000 kg. From ?74.90 inc.
