The world's largest yacht will be reserved for members of a select club

Quintessentially One

English luxury concierge Quintessentially announces the construction of the world's largest yacht. Reserved for members of the conciergerie, this "floating private club" will sail around the world to serve as a floating residence for the ultra-rich at international events.

The Quintessentially One will be the largest yacht in the world at 220 m in length and will sail around the world from 2019. This "floating private club" for billionaires was designed by the British luxury concierge, Quintessentially, whose annual membership costs 17,684 euros. The idea is to provide a floating pied-à-terre service to a very wealthy clientele during international events, where it is sometimes difficult to find accommodation. Thus, the superyacht will cover many events such as the Monaca Grand Prix, the Cannes Film Festival, the Football Cup in Qatar or the Rio Carnival.

With a length of 220 m, it will surpass the Azzam, currently the largest private yacht in the world at 140 m in length, by 40 m and will be the "largest private floating club". Qualified as a superyacht, it will be more like a cruise ship, with its 11 decks.

Club members will be able to use the boat as a private residence or simply rent a room, like a hotel. On board there will be a restaurant, bar, spa, fitness room, library, numerous shops, a discotheque and a swimming pool. The Quintessentially One will also house 112 hotel rooms - priced from ?2,950 - and 12 private residences costing between ?8 and ?12 million. A crew of 490 people will be on hand to take care of these wealthy occupants.

Triplex

When it is not on the oceans of the globe, it will serve as a private floating club to welcome club members in the greatest luxury. It can also be privatized for concerts by international stars - such as Elton John, for example, who has already sung for concierge clients or for birthday parties.

The yacht, which will be built for 300 million euros, was partly financed by five millionaire friends. Each of them has paid around 10 million euros for the construction cost and will receive in exchange one of 12 triplexes of around 100 m2.
