1 âeuros FRANCOIS GABART in 12 days 4 hours 38 minutes and 55 seconds

François Gabart arrived in Pointe-à-Pitre on November 14, leading the Imoca fleet from the start. For his first participation, he not only won but also set the record, thus ending in beauty his collaboration with his 60 feet Macif . " It's huge, it's the Route du Rhum, it's no mean feat, I gave it my all. I'm happy with the result and the way I got there. The project was launched four years ago, I have sailed around the world and today, I could not finish better with this boat. I knew that it was the end of a part of my life with her, we lived great things. I wanted to experience a Route du Rhum with the same emotions as in the Vendée Globe." Read more .

2 âeuros JEREMIE BEYOU in 12 days 12 hours 11 minutes and 18 seconds

The three-time winner of the Solitaire du Figaro achieved his goal of finishing the race and finishing on the podium. Arriving on November 15, he took the 2nd place ème place and takes his revenge on the 2006 edition that he was forced to abandon in the first days. " The whole team worked hard on the boat and on me too to get me back on track. Considering the season I had before, it's a really good second place. It's not easy to do a solo race and a Route du Rhum in one go. I liked the challenge and I'm convinced that it's one of my weapons, that multiplying the supports and doubling with the Figaro gives me an additional capacity." Read more .

3 âeuros MARC GUILLEMOT in 13 days 1 hour 59 minutes and 20 seconds.

For this 5 ème participation in the Route du Rhum, Marc Guillemot arrived in Guadeloupe on Saturday, November 15, at the 3 ème place on the podium. The favorite in this edition, this was his last race aboard the Safran monohull. After suffering a lot of damage, he managed to stay in the top three, even though he was extremely tired, as he had been without an automatic pilot for 72 hours. For the record, it was the 3rd ème once the skipper of Safran arrives on November 15 This race has turned into a real battle, which is not at all what I had envisaged at the start. I had to move the boat forward in the face of adversity with all the technical problems I had. I don't think I've ever done a race with so many problems that were linked together and that led to others [âeuros¦] Frankly, I think I fought really well. Well done! (He gives himself a slap on the cheek, ed.). It's true that I feel I had a great run, handling all the situations." Read more .

4 âeuros ARMEL TRIPON in 13 days 14 hours 4 minutes and 4 seconds

Armel Tripon arrived in Guadeloupe on November 16 with a little more than a day's separation from the winner, as he had set himself. For this 1st era route du Rhum, he was able to cope with numerous technical problems while steering his boat with a masterful hand, just behind a formidable trio of race experts. " The first objective was to arrive, I am very happy to be here with my boat on my first Route du Rhum. It was intense all the time, physically and nervously.â [âeuros¦] I wanted to finish as close as possible to the first three boats above me. I finish at the foot of the podium, I am very satisfied. I have been sailing for months but it is not the same intensity. 12 days of continuous sailing with a physically very hard boat, I wasn't necessarily ready for that."

5 âeuros LOUIS BURTON in 14 days 1 hour 33 minutes and 44 seconds

He had set himself the goal of placing himself between the 4th ème and the 6 ème place has succeeded in its bet. "It's really a great race! My goal was to finish between 4 and 6, which I achieved! I broke a lot of things during the first days of the race: my aerials, the pilot and then a spinnaker in the trade winds. As a result, I did four days of trade winds under gennaker, which is obviously slower

Tanguy de Lamotte, who arrived on Wednesday, November 19, had to deal with rudder damage that forced him to stop in Brest to repair. His participation alongside Initiatives-C?ur will have helped save 20 children. " The tour of Guadeloupe is the worst for the end! But at the same time we are even more happy to arrive. When you see the contrast with the 25 knots downwind last night, the 3 knots of wind in the afternoon, and then the 25 knots at close range in the Saintes channel, you go through all the colors of the rainbowâeuros¦ You have to keep some under your feet for the last day, it's deserved! [âeuros¦ I am happy to be here! The setback at the start with my damaged rudder was well managed by the team. We had no doubts about setting off again and validating the work we had done all year. I am here in Pointe-Ã -Pitre with the boat, I am proud, we have done a great job in terms of solidarity and sharing. We saved 20 children, which makes me the winner without having won!
