Suzuki's two new DF25A and DF30A engines have won the "Top product" award

Suzuki's two new engines, the DF25A and DF30 A models, were awarded the "Top product" prize by Boating Industry magazine, the leading professional magazine for the nautical industry in the United States.

The "Top Product" award recognizes products based on several factors: innovation, impact on the industry, and advances in their respective categories. Suzuki's DF25A and DF30A engines won the award for their innovative technology and ability to improve the performance of small-displacement outboards.

Technological, light and easy to use engines

The new Suzuki outboard motors weigh only 62 kilograms, making them the lightest models in their respective classes. Equipped with Suzuki's battery-free electronic system, they offer many advantages: reliable starting, lively acceleration and smooth operation. Thanks to electronic fuel injection, the engines take full advantage of Suzuki's Lean Burn Control system and significantly reduce fuel consumption. Among the many new features, a recoil start system makes starting easier. There are also roller rocker arms, an offset crankshaft, a direct intake system and a fresh water flushing system to facilitate maintenance. In addition to their ease of use, the DF25A and DF30A are also very compact and lightweight and are available in all popular configurations to fit a wide range of boats.

Ever more innovative and technological engines

Masahiro Yamamoto, general manager of Suzuki Marine's European liaison office, explained, "We are constantly looking to improve our outboard engine lineup, whether it's through the integration of new models such as the DF25A and DF30A or technical innovations such as the battery-free fuel injection system."
