Designed for use with software such as TimeZero, OpenCPN or SmarterTrack, the S185 offers a fluid touch experience thanks to capacitive multi-touch technology. Touch control remains precise even when wearing gloves, an asset when navigating. The monitor supports software commands, zooms and pans, eliminating the need for a keyboard or mouse.
Careful integration into dashboards
The front of the monitor is IP65-rated when flush-mounted, providing protection against splashing water. Its thinness âeuros only 6 mm âeuros allows flush installation in the dashboard. Its flush-mount dimensions (460 x 280 mm) enable custom installation. It is also compatible with standard VESA mounts (75 and 100 mm).
Connectivity and power supply: a versatile solution
The S185 operates on 12 or 24 V DC, with a maximum power consumption of 30 watts. It features HDMI, VGA and composite video inputs, plus a USB port for the touchscreen interface. This choice of connectors makes it easy to integrate into marine PCs like the Aqua Compact Pro, as well as standard notebooks.

Combined with an Aqua Compact PC, the S185 becomes a high-performance alternative to traditional chartplotters. Users can display several applications simultaneously and extend the interface to a second screen. Portrait mode allows the display to be adapted as required, particularly for radar views or customized dashboards.

The S185's robust casing offers IK07-rated shock resistance. Its screen features anti-reflective treatment and an automatic brightness sensor, for constant adjustment according to lighting conditions. These features enhance its suitability for use in open or semi-open cockpits.
