A concrete vision of sustainable yachting
While many projects remain at the concept stage, the GR63 is a very real boat, currently nearing completion in Hua Hin, Thailand. Designed and built by French architect Gilles Reigner, this catamaran illustrates a concrete shift towards total energy autonomy and sustainable luxury.

The GR63 features an electric propulsion system based on two 110 kW motors powered by a 284 kWh LiFePO? battery. A range of complementary energy solutions ensures extended autonomy: solar panels (12 kWp), vertical-axis wind turbines (10 kW), photovoltaic glazing and solar bimini, plus two 15 kW methanol fuel cells.
On-board energy intelligence
The GR63's core technology is based on an intelligent EMS (Energy Management System) developed with ePropulsion. This system analyzes energy supply and demand (propulsion, comfort, air conditioning) in real time and dynamically adjusts the electrical distribution.

The algorithm adapts priorities according to weather conditions and consumption profile, maximizing range. This level of integration surpasses current standards in cruising yachts, making it possible to sail for long periods without stopovers or external recharging.
Life on board: sobriety, comfort, autonomy
Designed as a true blue-water cruising yacht, the GR63 features a high-efficiency air-conditioning system based on titanium heat exchangers and silent DC motors. It also features a hydroponic growing area on board, enabling passengers to produce their own green food at sea.

The interior features responsible materials and clean design, in keeping with the project's philosophy of discreet luxury, maximum autonomy and minimal impact.
Objective: zero-emission ocean crossings
CE Category A certified, the GR63 is designed for long offshore cruising. It targets customers looking for a top-of-the-range catamaran combining autonomy, comfort and environmental awareness. A world first in this range.
Launch is scheduled before the end of 2025. The GR63 will soon be a true demonstrator of fuel-free ocean cruising.
