Discover the wonders of the Galapagos Islands on a cruise with Voyages d'exception

Voyages d'exception offers you the opportunity to discover the Galapagos Islands on board the yacht Eco Galaxy for an intimate and upscale cruise in the heart of exceptional landscapes. Departures planned in June and November 2023 for a total change of scenery through the "showcase of evolution".

The Galapagos, at the heart of the theory of evolution

The Galapagos Islands are a unique travel destination offering an unforgettable wildlife experience. Located off the coast of Ecuador, the islands have an incredible biodiversity, which inspired Darwin's theory of evolution. Discovered in 1935 by the Spanish, the archipelago was for a long time a den of pirates and buccaneers, before being claimed by Ecuador, which made it a penal colony. Charles Darwin landed there in 1835 and after studying the differences in fauna from one island to another, published his theory on the evolution of species.

An intimate yacht for an upscale cruise

To discover this preserved archipelago, Voyages d'exception offers exceptional cruises aboard the Eco Galaxy in June and November 2023.

This 27 m long yacht has only 8 double cabins to accommodate a maximum of 16 passengers and enjoy an intimate cruise. Its draft of only 1.15 m allows it to approach the most beautiful coves and sites of the archipelago. Two semi-rigid dinghies are used for disembarking during stopovers or for daily snorkeling sessions to discover the incredible seabed of the island: sea turtles, hammerhead sharks, Galapagos penguins...

On board, a director and seven crew members ensure a high standard of service to enjoy refined cuisine, spacious cabins and elegant common living areas. Also present during the stays are lecturers who lead daily discussions and lectures. The ship's staff is there to meet the needs of each traveler and to ensure that all passengers get the most out of their trip.
