Boats integrated into the Dream Yacht fleet
For boaters who want the least amount of hassle with boat ownership, Dream Yacht offers contracts in which the boats are fully integrated into the brand's charter fleet. Dream Yacht then takes care of all the costs and potential hassles related to the maintenance of the boat. The yacht, equipped for charter, is attached to its base.
The client has a monthly or quarterly income guaranteed by Dream Yacht and can explore paradise destinations in the Dream Yacht network to sail on boats similar to his own.
Depending on the program, the level of contribution and the risks accepted, the level of remuneration varies. While a Dream Garanti offers income of 6% in the Mediterranean or 7% in the Caribbean, a Dream Performance is directly indexed to the boat's rental income via a percentage of the turnover, and a Dream Performance Plus guarantees a minimum income in addition to the percentage. The fourth program with a boat in the fleet, the Dream Fractional® Business is open to co-ownership.
Boats as an investment
In the second major program family, the boat is not part of Dream Yacht's fleet. Dream Yacht manages the boat but does not rent it out.
The Dream Fractional® Liberty offer allows the purchase of a boat in co-ownership. Dream Yacht takes care of concierge services and finding other co-owners.
Within the framework of a Dream Partenariat contract, the contribution is reduced. The client is the full owner of the boat at the end of the program.
Finally, the Dream Easy allows you to choose at the end of the contract whether or not to buy the boat, while allowing you to sail 12 weeks a year anywhere in the world during the entire contract.
