The Liberty Pass offers boaters the opportunity to do away with the need to purchase a boat. Subscribers have the possibility to sail all year round, unlimited, at any time of the day. Once the boat is reserved on the mobile application, Liberty Pass subscribers can go fishing or take a family outing on the water in total autonomy.
The available fleet varies according to the base. It is mainly made up of 5 to 10 meter motor boats. The Port Camargue base also offers sailboats.
A monthly subscription
By 2022, the Liberty Pass network will have more than 50 bases along the entire French coastline, from the English Channel to the Mediterranean. Customers can choose their home port from this catalog, depending on where they live or vacation, and select the boat they like. For a monthly fee and a 12-month commitment, the boat becomes available to him/her in an unlimited way. a maximum of 6 subscribers have access to a boat.
"Customers can rent the boat from 1 hour to a day. By dividing the day into 3 slots, this means that, statistically, each subscriber can go out 3 times a week. With the diversity of uses and subscriber profiles, the boats are really very available." says Romuald Poirot, manager at Liberty Pass.
The security of a professional network
Liberty Pass customers benefit from new boats, regularly renewed. The bases are managed by yachting professionals, generally established charter companies or dealers. They are thus able to carry out boat maintenance themselves and coach new subscribers. This also ensures that the boats are in good condition and that they can be taken out to sea with peace of mind.
Fleet renewal is an opportunity for subscribers to upgrade to newer, larger models or to test new brands.
Rates adapted to the services
The relationship of trust established with the rental company makes it possible to do without the services of a pontoon boat operator and to carry out the check-in in autonomy. The economic gains allow us to offer a competitive rate. The monthly payments will depend on the boat and the home port, with Liberty Pass covering all insurance, berth and maintenance costs. In 2022, it cost 379 euros (incl. tax) per month for a Flyer 7 Sundeck in Bénodet or 399 euros (incl. tax) per month for a SeaRay 230 in Mandelieu.
