Features inherent to the entire range
SharkBoat Loup de Mer is a brand of RIBs from 3.30 m to 8.70 m. All the boats have a V-shaped hull with a 19-22° angle for an incomparable sailing stability. They are vacuum-built, equipped with Orca 866 hypalon floats and a large scroll that deflects sea spray. You will find its originality and its trademark by seats on the floats.
This method of construction makes it possible to lighten the unit while conferring a good resistivity to it. The particularity of SharkBoat Loup de Mer RIBs is that they weigh 25% less than the competition, a real advantage in terms of motorization (which may be less powerful), but also in terms of maneuverability.
Opting for a SharkBoat Loup de Mer RIB is choosing to consume less, to pollute less and to sail more quietly. Its partner Mercury offers engines with the same philosophy as the SharkBoat manufacturer.
With this in mind, the French brand is also thinking about an electric propulsion offer.

3 families of boats
The SharkBoat by Loup de Mer range is composed of 3 main families of boats:
- The Tenders between 3 and 4 m which equip the yachts, but also allow the small stroll with an average cost of 20euros000 euros. The manufacturer is going to replace its outboard motors by jet propulsion motors to avoid the propeller and facilitate the storage of tenders, without losing resistivity.
- The Medium range which includes models from 5 to 6.50 m
- The "Top of the range" models with boats of more than 7 m.
A tailor-made construction
Loup de Mer accompanies its clients in the choice of their boat according to their program, their desires, but also their needs and their budget. It can take dozens of hours of listening and understanding to make a final choice: equipment, choice of colors and upholstery, layout, motorization, etc.
"We listen to the person. Depending on their profile, we suggest the boat best suited to their needs, dreams and desires. This consulting service is included in our rates, and therefore does not generate any additional cost."

A fishing program
For fishermen, the manufacturer recommends a semi-rigid with a length starting at 5.30 m (SharkBoat 53). The arch on the back is replaced by a raised handrail so as not to hinder the movement while keeping a good safety. Rod holders can be installed on the T-Top which also allows to take advantage of the shade, especially for trolling. This makes it easier to move backwards. A fish tank can also be installed. Beyond fishing, the boat must also provide all the comfort expected by the attendants and offer seats. The handrails of marshal type euros trademark of the manufacturer euros also facilitate the circulation.
"For a boat fitted out for fishing of 5.30 m with a 90 hp engine, the rate is less than 40euros000 euros."

A coastal and coastal navigation program
The design of a semi-rigid intended for the stroll and the mini-cruise requires to take into account various parameters:
- The number of people on board
- Time spent on board
- Meals (storage, refrigeration, preparation)
- The way to spend time on board (layout)
- The practice of sports activities (water skiing, diving, wakeboarding, buoyancy)
- The presence of children on board and their age
Depending on the case, Loup de Mer recommends units from 6.50 m to 9 m with good access to the swim platform extension. From 6.90 m long (SharkBoat 69), it is possible to install a rear door to access the swim platform, secure the cockpit and take advantage of extensions. On this size, we go upmarket in terms of equipment with the possibility of installing a Dometic refrigerator of 25 to 30 L inside the console.

A boat in co-ownership for multiple uses
This is the most complex boat profile to realize, because the profile of the owners is not necessarily the same. It is necessary to be able to combine fishing (3D screen, transverse probe, etc.) with sport and cruising. The RIB must also be able to accommodate between 7 and 8 people and therefore have a length of at least 7.90 m (SharkBoat 79), approved for 16 people with a beam of 3 m. Generally powered by a 300 hp outboard, this sporty model can reach speeds of 45 to 50 knots. For those who want less power, a 225 hp engine will cap the speed at 40 knots. One of the advantages of this configuration is the tax reduction, both on the length of the boat and on the power of the engine, while keeping a transportable boat.
The SharkBoat 79 is priced at 110euros000 euros with a 300 hp engine and 99euros000 euros with a 225 hp engine.
Finally, the Sharkboat 89 (8.70 m long) offers a console with a cabin that houses a toilet and can store all the upholstery. This last one can be equipped in double motorization up to 450 hp (2x225 hp) for a price of 160euros000 euros.

A semi-rigid for professionals
With its 7.90 m length, the SharkBoat 79 is particularly suitable for transporting passengers, and can accommodate up to ten people for a sea trip. Comfortable and luxurious, the front and rear saloons can each accommodate up to 4 people. A power of 175 hp ensures a comfortable navigation, without getting wet, even in rough seas.
Finally, it is possible to opt for a cab boat with 10 seats on board.
