The Cannes Yachting Festival inaugurates the Autumn 2021 boat shows

After a year 2020 marked by the absence of international boat shows (except Genoa), the Cannes Yachting Festival opens its doors from Tuesday 7 to Sunday 12 September 2021. News and practical information.

Nearly 600 monohulls and multihulls under sail and motor to discover on the pontoons

The Cannes Yachting Festival, one of the biggest boat shows afloat, will open its doors at the beginning of September to present the novelties of the 2022 season. Nearly 600 boats from 3 to 45 m will be on display in the Old Port for motorboats and in Port Canto for sailing. The access to this space is free for all and every day from 10 am to 11 am, provided that you access it directly from Port Canto.

The organization hopes to welcome more than 50,000 visitors, as in previous years, and in 2021 will welcome nearly 550 international exhibitors. Monohulls and motor multihulls will be on display afloat (for units over 11 m) and on land for smaller models, including more than 110 yachts and nearly 140 world novelties. The pontoons will also host the various service providers, equipment manufacturers and engine manufacturers.

In Port Canto, the space " Yacht Brokerage & Charter will host some of the largest yachts at the show and the "Showroom" area will be home to the "The Big Yacht" Toys "dedicated to nautical toys.

A free shuttle service connects the two ports and is available to all visitors.

What's new in 2021

The Innovation Space will highlight intelligent start-ups in the nautical sector offering disruptive technologies or high value-added services. The idea is to present more responsible and environmentally friendly innovations.

A space will be reserved for electric and hybrid boats The event is held in the heart of the city, bringing together a dozen boats from 8 to 12 m.

Finally, for added security, a area will be dedicated to sea trials . It is located on the other side of the pier, outside the exhibition to reduce the flow in the port area.

100% digital ticketing

For the first time, tickets for the exhibition will be sold online. There will be no on-site sales. Visitors must pre-register before their arrival and present a valid e-ticket with QR-Code, printed or on a smartphone.

Access to the exhibition will also be conditional on the presentation of a Health Pass (or a negative antigenic or PCR test result less than 72 hours old). Wearing a mask will remain mandatory both indoors and outdoors.
