Web series / Driven by the Wind: Discovery of Panama before the great crossing..

In this new episode of Pushed by the Wind, Sarah, Aurélien, Nael and Mia make a stopover in Panama after having scoured the many islands of the San Blas archipelago. This is an opportunity to celebrate Sarah's 35th birthday and to practice crossing the Panama Canal.

It's been 3 months since Sarah from the Pushed by the Wind vlog had posted a video. After their transpacific, the windsurfer and her family - Aurélien, Nael and little Mia - have now reached French Polynesia, where they continue their journey aboard Maloya, their sailboat.

Nael is on her way to school and Sarah is now taking advantage of shorter sailings to post videos again. So we go back several months since the last one was shot in November 2019.

After a month spent on the different islets of the San Blas archipelago, the family has now reached Panama. A pleasant navigation under gennaker, and the children bathing in their small plastic bathtub in the cockpit.

This Panamanian stopover also coincides with Sarah's 35th birthday, celebrated by Adrien with the installation of the large bulwark in the cockpit. And what better way to celebrate her birthday than to visit the Linton anchorage, where spider monkeys and tropical birds are safe from predators.

It will also be an opportunity for Aurélien - accompanied by little Nael - to train for the crossing of the Panama Canal aboard a friend's boat, Sarah having spent two days aboard Maloya with Mia.
