Web series / Driven by the Wind: We are preparing for the cyclone in the Tobagos

In this 37th episode of Poussé par le Vent, Sarah, Aurélien and Nael are preparing to face their first cyclone while anchored in Tobago Cayes. But in the end, they will have been more afraid than hurt.

Tobago Cayes, turquoise and warm water, white sandy beaches, coconut palms but also cyclones. Sarah, Aurélien and their little Nael are still enjoying the joys of anchoring in Tobago. Paddle trips around the islands, encounters with iguanas and turtles for Nael, stand-up paddle with windsurf pole on the coral reef, as close as possible to the turtles.

But sailing in the Caribbean arc during cyclones also holds some more or less good surprises. A cyclone must arrive on the island and it is then necessary to prepare to face it, in particular by checking its anchorage. Because even if the coral reef protects them, the swell still passes.

Finally, no cyclone but only strong winds, lightning, thunder and a lot, a lot of rain. Very strong grains that will nevertheless be very useful to fill the basins with water.

But then comes the good weather and the time from the bottle to the sea rang
