Renovate your old pulleys
You have old pulleys on your mainsheet hoist. Why change them when they work perfectly? Nodus Factory, offers you to send them to their workshop (near Vannes in Morbihan) to give them a makeover.
The swivel that supports the shackle is simply cut out with the grinder. It will be replaced by a loop that will go through the pulley from side to side. Thus the attachment will now be done with a Dyneema rope (lighter, stronger) and above all the safety will be reinforced, because if the pulley breaks, the rope will hold the sheet.
Mixed bridges
Nodus Factory has achieved the feat of making Dyneema rings with a very small diameter (barely 4 cm). Anyone who has tried seamanship with hollow braids knows how difficult (if not impossible!) it is to make such small rings..
These mini-loops can replace a padeye with a flat deck (trigger guard) avoiding metal, and being lighter and less aggressive.
Install low friction rings
Nodus Factory also offers loops with low friction rings. This assembly easily replaces all the pulleys on the boat, either temporarily or permanently. Nodus launches the High Load loop range.
