A family resemblance
With the arrival of the new Tricat 20, launched in January 2018 at the Düsseldorf trade fair, the yard has come full circle. Like its big brothers, this little newcomer arrives with the bows of the floats inverted, the system of folding the arms backwards and the sabre daggerboards in the floats.
From now on, the range is coherent and the buyer can choose the trimaran he needs according to his use.

The advantage of performance
Sailing on a Tricat is choosing to sail fast. Indeed, at the slightest breath, the sailboat accelerates. The daggerboards installed on the floats offer good anti-drift features (very important for sailing upwind) but above all, do not penalize the space in the central hull and avoid the noise of drifting in the living space.
The cockpit of a Tricat is large, but the size of the trampolines increases the living area even more. So it is possible to sail with your family without any problems on a Tricat.

Hypertransportability
The Tricat 20 has been designed for easy transport and reduced launch time. The halyards remain on the mast so that they do not have to be passed through the blockers each time the mast is dismasted. The boom slips into a nipple quickly. As a result, it takes no more than 45 minutes to launch and mast out before sailing.

The cabin leaves a bed for 2 people in the forepeak (1.30 m wide berth at the shoulders). Enough to practice the small cruise without concession on the speed.
This very attractive trimaran will be presented in France for the first time at the Grand Pavois de La Rochelle in September 2018.

Coastal raid goes all the way
The Tricat 25 appeared in 2014 in its evolutionary version. It is now a big sales success. This version has seen the installation of new carbon link arms (aluminium finish) and new floats (longer, more volume with new modern and characteristic bows).
For the 2018 season, Tricat has launched a Performance version of the yacht. With an all-carbon wing mast and increased sail area, this trimaran takes flight.
With these different versions of the Tricat 25, the yard is able to respond to all programmes.

Habitable and autonomous
Launched in 2016, the Tricat 30 is a true cruising yacht. Height under beam of 1.85 m, 2 separate cabins, toilet... The first models - already 6 built - sail in the Mediterranean and the Atlantic with programs that do not shame their owners (Corsica, Scilly, Ireland ...).

Indeed, the Tricat 30 has all the trump cards to take on semi-offshore navigation. However, it retains the advantage of folding up its floats when you need to reach the port to limit congestion.
