Voile Solidaire, bringing together students and disabled children

A little help for an association motivated by students seeking to help handicapped children. "Voile Solidaire" sails trisomics to share with them a moment of joy by taking them out of their daily lives.

Voile Solidaire is a student association that seeks to share their pleasure of living with the boat as a support. Every year, this association brings together a dozen students from Grenoble Ecole de Management to take children with Down's syndrome to sail on the lake of Paladru, about 30 minutes from Grenoble.

This project, carried out as part of the school's training, aims to make children dream and take them out of their daily lives. This day dedicated to sailing will take place in April. The aim is to share a privileged moment between the students and the children and to make them live an unforgettable day. Beforehand, meetings with the children within their structure allow to create links with the children and to reassure the guides and parents.

Solidarity Sailing

This year, the team is meeting around the theme of the pirate. There will be games ashore, gifts and above all sailing. The children will be able to immerse themselves in this world and dream of being real little pirate sailors.

In order to be able to carry out this project, the crew needs financing. The sum needed seems so ridiculous (700 euros!) that good wills will undoubtedly start to help "Voile Solidaire"..
