The Dutch manufacturer Blue Performance has been offering textile storage for boats for more than 10 years. Very solid, these products are often designed for sailing boats (winch crank storage for example), but will also find their place on a motor boat (cockpit storage for example). The range is divided into 2 universes: exterior and interior.
To build the bridge
For the outside of the boat, there are the famous rope leases which are very popular on sailing boats, but storage space for cans or for all the objects you need to keep handy (cap, glasses, cream...) will also be very practical on motor boats.
Made of water-repellent fabrics and mesh for bag ventilation, these products are resistant to moisture and UV rays. If you want to make them rainproof (to protect a camera or a phone), protections hidden in the bottom of the storage cover the whole set.
A Performance range
The range is available in 2 tones (grey and blue). For 2018, this range has been redesigned to further increase the finish and offer more resistance. All these accessories are delivered with hook-shaped fasteners so that they can be dismantled at the end of navigation and stored away from view.
This manufacturer also relies on a range called Performance (launched in 2016) which is available in antracite grey and red. Intended for racing yachts, it has the same characteristics as the models in blue, but not with the same fixing method. Indeed, the Performance range is not removable. This is to prevent the bag from unhooking in the middle of a manoeuvre.
Noteworthy in this range are the numbered crew pouches for easy storage of the small things you like to keep close at hand.
Indoor storage
If the storage is good for cockpits or flyers, it can also be found inside the cabin. Blue Performance develops specific products for the bathroom or cabins. Built with the same fabric, these very solid products will be well adapted for small boats that often lack storage space.
