It is with this sixth and final episode that the "78 Nuances de Jeremie Beyou", the web series about the Vendée Globe of the skipper of Maître Coq, comes to an end. "Surprise" completes the "Euphoria", "Doubt", "Extreme Sensations", "Pleasure" and "Tension", these episodes revolving around the emotions experienced by the skipper during his single-handed round the world voyage.
A Vendée Globe also has its share of surprises, good or bad... Thus, Jeremie was able to make VHF contact with a cargo ship, but also with his colleague Paul Meilhat, tinkering with a sort of antenna to receive weather files (he had major electronics problems on board) or even discovering a reserve of flying fish which took the boat.. "for an airstrip."
During his Vendée Globe, Jeremie Beyou recorded 5 hours of video that he was unable to broadcast due to reception problems. It was his team, on his return, who sorted out the footage and selected the images.
