The Rhea 35 Open2 is a 9.8-meter open boat with the planing hull of the 35 Open. The modernized deck plan allows for a larger and more modular rear cockpit. Thus, there is a large sundeck with a removable backrest. It can either be transformed into a bench seat or a sunbed and a removable table can be installed in front of it to create a dining area.
The cockpit seat âeuros which can accommodate 3 people âeuros rises to reveal a small kitchenette (sink, planchaâeuros¦) There is also a fridge and storage. The tilting backrest allows you to choose to sit either in driving mode or facing the sea.
The dashboard has been redesigned and the steering position moved to starboard for a more seaworthy layout. Usually, the cockpit was installed on the port side.
In the console, there is a small cabin with a toilet.
At the front, you can enjoy either a square with table or a second sunbathing area.
The finishing is more advanced, the mirror-polished stainless steel is more important in the fittings and the sampling more qualitative. There is a choice of upholstery.
The boat can also be equipped with a fishing package with a post-fishing leaning, rod holders etc.
In terms of motorization, the Rhea 35 Open2 is equipped with inboard 1x370 HP to 2x260 HP. The model presented at the show had a twin engine 2 x Volvo D3 220 DP HP and 2 Z-Drive for a maximum speed of 42 knots. The result is a seaworthy boat, with good sea passage and great stability.
